You provide the alcohol for your event, and we take care of everything else: bartenders, mixers, glassware, and setup. If you'd prefer a fully hands-off experience, we're happy to handle alcohol purchasing on your behalf. The exact cost will be added to your final bill as a reimbursement, and any unopened bottles are yours to keep after the event.
Please note: Due to Utah alcohol regulations, all alcohol must be legally purchased within the state of Utah and intended for private event consumption. Peregrine Bar Services does not sell alcohol; we provide licensed bartending and service only, in compliance with state law.

Gratuity is entirely up to you. We offer two options: a 15% gratuity when tip jar is present at the bar, or a 20% gratuity with no tip jar. Please note, gratuity applies only to the package subtotal and does not include the bartender rate or additional add-ons.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will result in the deposit being retained. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require payment of 75% of the total contract value.
In the case of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, deposits may be credited toward a future event if rescheduled within 12 months. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Your contracted service time includes a 30-minute grace period at the end of your event to allow for a smooth close and final service.
If service extends beyond that grace period, overtime is billed at $35 per bartender, per 30-minute increment, and will be added to your final invoice. Any overtime must be approved by the client or designated point of contact on-site.

Our bartenders arrive dressed in professional black attire: black pants, black shoes, a white button up shirt, and a black vest with a tie or bow tie. If your event has a specific dress code or theme, we’re happy to discuss attire adjustments to match your vision.

Yes! We're happy to travel throughout Utah and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

Yes. Peregrine Bar Services carries a $1M / $2M general and liquor liability policy, ensuring complete coverage for both business operations and alcohol-related incidents. Proof of insurance is available upon request for venues or event organizers.

We proudly bring our bar services to a wide range of locations, from private homes and event venues to corporate offices and hotel spaces that welcome outside vendors. For events held in public spaces, special state permits may be required.

Yes. For events featuring specialty cocktails, we offer cocktail tastings as an optional add-on so you can experience and finalize your selections before the big day.
